Remember you can contact us about once off opportunities you may have also as we can contact volunteers interested in once off opportunities to see if they are available to help out with your fundraising event, festival etc.

What volunteers registered with Sligo Volunteer Centre can offer:

At present there are 220 volunteers registered with us. All bring a wealth of skills and talents with them. Over the coming weeks we will be posting the talents that our volunteers can offer.

Events for Community & Voluntary Groups:

On occasion we hold events for volunteers and/or community groups. These can be great networking opportunities. We will post information about any upcoming events on our website.  

Businesses there to help you!

We have had some interest from local business groups who would like to get involved in the Community by sending staff out to volunteer on once-off short term projects. If you have a project or tasks that would be suitable for a group to do over a day please let us know. Examples might be painting of a community area, clean ups, gardening, refurbishment etc.
